The city of Marrakech is the first tourist city of Morocco. In 2008, the city had an accommodation capacity equivalent to 44,394 beds to 28,605 beds Agadir and Casablanca with 12 762 beds. Morocco is currently the second most touristic countries in Africa.
The traditional Moroccan cuisine is extremely rich and varied, it has a good position in the international ranking. Couscous and tagine, are considered well-known traditional dishes common in this region. They are prepared with mutton or fish and assorted vegetables.
